incredible base for 1 night. pretty views and efficient staff. balcony was a nice surprise. found the leven restaurant, set metres from the hotel, ate there a few times.

Friendly staff and excellent service, great location. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were available. The place is 5 km away from Yarm downtown.
